Shaped by formative years at firms such as Arquitectonica and Kobi Karp, her background bridges architecture and interior design with a deep understanding of scale, proportion, and flow.
As Designer-in-Chief of KasaMia Interiors, Patricia approaches every project with the belief that building or renovating a Forever Home should be both inspiring and seamless. Her signature system, The KasaMia Experience, embodies that philosophy—offering a guided, transparent process that blends creativity with purpose and precision.
A longtime Coral Gables resident, Patricia draws constant inspiration from the city’s Mediterranean Revival architecture and tropical landscape. Infusing local character with her own modern sensibility, she continues to craft homes defined by understated luxury, livable beauty, and classic design.
