This Coral Gables residence captures the charm and character of the city’s historic architecture. Our goal was to honor its original spirit while adapting it for modern living. The new addition — including a kitchen, bar, powder room, laundry, storage, and children’s bath — was designed to feel authentic to the 1930s structure. By opening the kitchen and dining areas, we created a bright, connected space that seamlessly balances historic charm with contemporary comfort.
