UNIVERSITY DRIVE

Our scope of work for this project included a series of interior and exterior upgrades, along with a thoughtful addition to the home. Inside, we reimagined the small kitchen and powder room, and introduced a new laundry room, mudroom, and bar area. Each existing bathroom was renovated with a focus on maximizing storage and functionality. Outside, we refreshed the home with new paint colors, lighting, brick pavers, and beautiful baby blue shutters—adding warmth, charm, and curb appeal that mirrors the inviting interior.
